No, a remnant remains. God's promises are not to no effect, see Romans 11. Just as God reserved for Himself 7,000 who had not bowed the knee to Ba'al, so too does a remnant remains.

We cannot separate sheep from goat; even among fellow Christians, which is why we must not curse, but bless. Some are born-again, some are predestined to be saved, accepting Christ, many others, just like us Gentiles, are not.

I cannot look at them differently; they are no different that my people. If we want to be Holy, we have to do what Jesus said, "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."
