Some have 'poo pooed' the reality of a Longshoreman strike, but even if (P)resident Buygone enacts the 'Taft-Hartly' act the port workers could stage a 'Work Slow Down' to cause enough pain to get what they want. Like no overtime & doing minimal production. (Just my thoughts)

I say let them strike. Once their bellies start to growl and their mortgage payments become deliquent, then they will rethink their strategy. I bet the union hall doesn't have enough cash on hand to help their members out during this time. Oh well, they can go pound sand. I really don't need Christmas trees in my local Walmart to make me feel like it Christmas time. I hope they starve and their wives and children look at them with hungry eyes and say "why are you killing us?"
