I would imagine a democrat Secretary of State would allow whomever is counting the votes to keep nonofficial spectators out of the counting rooms because of "the sanctity of the count" needs to be adhered to. Thus if the counting rooms have huge glass windows, they will be curtained off from the general public. If a republican poll watcher has already been given approval to watch the counting process, that person will be unexpectedly marched out of the counting room with no explaination. What will the republicans do when they are given short shrift in the voting process. The steal will have already happened and the recourse is to go to a corrupt court and ask for relief, but the judge will say its too late for that because the ballots have already been counted and the victory assigned. Even if there are lawyered up poll watchers, there will be no judges available because the voting will happen after official hours. We will all experience the steal, again, and there is not a lot that can be done. The left will slow walk any potential vocal anomolies claimed by the republicans. (shrug shoulders and stew with the knowledge that nothing will be done)
