Shrillary knows something's coming down the pipe. She would certainly be privvy to that info and she's freaking out knowing whatever the event is, it will damage Cackles and the DNC. It's probably also why we are seeing so many recent popcorn comms. Google even had their popcorn Doodle up for several days.
