Thank you so much for archiving it. I didn't know about it when passing through and hiking in the area. It looks so beautiful and magical. Was there 2 years ago.
Goodness, lucky you didnt come across any of those Satanists. I wonder how many missing hikers you will find if you dig into the crime reports there.

This story never made sense to me when I saw the HBO adaptation 20+ years ago, but the picture is coming into focus as of late.
West Memphis Three
TLDR: Three 2nd graders were kidnapped and murdered. Their bodies were found in a creek and their genitals were mutilated.
Three local teens were blamed for the murders but DNA was found at the crime that didn't match any of the boys or teens. Local folks were interviewed and said the boys were sacrificed in a ritual.
