I suspect I could search back to 2017 and find a litter of "List to be release soon" announcements that never happened. *Disclaimer - Not dooming on this, merely expressing my thoughts. This is a positive happening no matter if names released or not.

I'm not saying this news is meaningless, another thing that make me think this dude is bluffing is 1) He is a lying lawyer. 2) He laid heavily on "you know who you are, and should go ahead and come forward".

If he had to goods and believe in weight of offense, why is he concerned with allowing offender coming forward or not. Clearly he's baiting.

to be fair, you get a couple of them to turn state's evidence, you have that much more evidence to bring to the table.
