Why the downvotes? It was a very informative and interesting presentation, but it was a bit hard to follow along, with everything being so intermingled. I felt a little exhausted after comprehending it all. My comment was truly meant to be light hearted.

"one nation under God" ? Bull shit. It never was intended to be that way. 14th amendment is a debt resolution instrument, and has sucked everyone into a corporation-system. E pluribus unum? Correct. Read up on the history of the seal of the USA (FED) and you'll see. Think of what was absent ... no somali flag, or islamic crescent moons.
I would recommend you to consider the structure of the jurisdictions you are confronted with in relation to UCC and what has happened since 1933 with the default and the subsequent changes in structure.
