Oh, wait. Maybe the state of Pa. will soon get a hurricane warning! Isn’t that what the government did to insure those in the south could not vote because: 1). They were dead, 2) couldn’t make it to the polls d/t road destruction, 3). Were so emotionally devastated d/t loss that voting was the last thing on their minds.
