Seems like this would be a great opportunity for Trump to organize, (strictly non-political) all his billionaire buddies who either have helicopters, or can lease one, to show their compassion and come to the aid of these groups.

Trump organizes his buddies as you suggested.

They would 24/7 non stop say Trump is going against the Government.

Remember the majority of the people have no idea that people are stranded and the Government is doing nothing.
