They always assume Trump is an ignorant imbecile who's not read up on what he's doing, has no power of calculus or discernment, and is simply flying by the seat of his pants like a manic lunatic. This is of course projection.

And it bites them in the gonads every single time. He ALWAYS outwits them and ends up being totally right. Yet they never learn.
