This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

After reading your thread I would like to suggest a couple of things for you to think about. The first is intermittent fasting...I eat all my food in a 6-8 hour window throughout the day...from about 9-5. I only eat 2 meals a day usually. The time varies but I only drink water the rest of the day. Dr. Berg has some great videos on IF and I find I feel much better eating less food and giving my body 16 hours of rest and repair...more energy...many benefits. There are many different scenarios of IF.
The other alternative is to consider water fasting once a week...I used to fast on Monday of every week. I would eat dinner Sunday night then a light breakfast Tuesday morning. I enjoyed a total rest for my body once a week.
Dr. Makis has written about fasting for 72 hours once or twice a year so that your body enters into a state of autophagy which can even get rid of cancer cells...very cleansing. There are MANY benefits of this and he has some great articles about the benefits...there are so many good alternatives to eating to live instead of living to eat. Best to you on your new found discoveries concerning health.
Thanks for sharing your Wisdom T51A. Next time will be the 3 day Fasting. When you discover your new found energy. The rewards are what reinforces your Will to keep doing them.
