I don't think it's about Biltmore simply because the white hats wouldn't leave all those people to suffer - it's not just the Biltmore area, it's a widespread multi-state issue. Plus, Biltmore the mansion suffered little damage. The grounds themselves are damaged but they're not going to tear down a perfectly good mansion over a little damage.
