I think the black swan event was the hurricane. Directed at red states, Fla, NC, GA, SC. Hundreds of thousands of voters are now unable to vote. Weather engineering is real. FEMA is slow walking the help to make matters worse. Over the course of 3 days over 70 inches of rain fell in the NC, Tenn area, an unprecedented amount.
