seems to me that this trajectory has been in place for many, many years. Many years.
And maybe Elon will say no, that his viewpoint evolved over time. But the track record and connections with DJT, DOD, etc, imply that there is more to it.

Like the 'dark horse' that runs behind the pack, but then comes out of the blue (visually) to take the lead.

And he represents (or is pulling with him) lots and lots of people.

I heard (on a podcast) that Musk was a part of Project Looking Glass as a child, the person sharing the experience was as well. They could never see past 2024 😏
