And it was the first of a new class of Submarine. So logic would dictate sending the design back to the drawing board to ensure it wasn’t an oversight in the design that caused it to sink in port. And was instead normal run of the mill incompetence/corruption.

Granted it is China. So it may take 4 or 5 sinking for seemingly no reason before they look into the ‘why’.
