One of my initial thoughts was this was designed to destrpy the disney campus before trump takes office, but also to help disney file a huuuge insurance claim since they are hemmoraging money. Maybe both .

Still more likely they are trying to disenfrqnchise just enough trump voters via haarp/cloud seeding
