More severe storms can produce 60 to 500 fpm, flashes per minute, according to the Lightning Imaging Sensor Demonstration and Display system.
Florida has an average of 295 lightning events per square mile, and "Vaisala's National Lightning Detection Network detected 474 lightning events per square mile in Four Corners" (intersection of Lake, Polk, Orange and Osceola counties)

I have experienced lightening like this one time here in the Greater Houston area. I called my brother during it to tell him. I should have recorded it. Constant lightening.
Remember electrical storms that would light up the night sky in Austin. I have never seen it rain any place else, like it did in Texas. Running from the car to the house was enough to get you drenched.

lol no.
We have grid ready fusion reactors at least, and quite possibly quantum vacuum state energy harvesting (zero point energy).
Solar and Wind is about kickbacks for politicians and nothing else.
I think they’re capturing the aether energy and using that.
I would first look on the ocean floor for some sort of device or antenna or some such.
