No, this was partially an inside job, lots of public pointed out the shooter on the roof and the secret service response was suppressed for minutes on end.

You've been alive long enough to be able to see a conspiracy with inside help.

I don't think it was a coincidence that Jill Biden just happened to be in Pittsburgh on the same day pulling veteran secret service agents to her detail & leaving Trump with cracker jack agents.
