Why would crook's father need a high power lawyer .... thats so strange to me.

All I can come up with is either his son isn't dead, and he needs a lawyer to understand the deal that they made?

Or his son is dead also and his father is implicated.

Idk. But I dont believe it's crooks body that was autopsied. The FBI handled the DNA tests and they provided ID to the ME. We know they can't be trusted.
