All the keto and carnivore drs advocate a high fat diet. Fat regulates our hormones. I am on carnivore and eat lots of fat. It’s weird because we were always taught that fat was bad. Lies. They want us sick.
There are essential proteins and fats... no such thing as an essential carb and this is why they pump our food supply with this cheap processed sugar. Makes people sick and increases their $$$ profits. Been eating lard for a few years now, and have bacon/eggs/cottage cheese as breakfast 4 days a week, and I'm looking and feeling great.
