RINOs never coalesce into the solid block that the dems always do!

ANY dem no matter how evil or incompetent or even a predator, can COUNT ON being defended to the nth degree. HOW the dems hold all their caucus into TOTAL submission, can only be imagined!!

They can bind the caucus members. If a caucus member rebels, he/she is ejected and loses cmte assignments. Republican caucus doesn't.
