The storm has already passed this morning when he put this out. At the end it sounds like he's talking as if another storm is coming!

Sounds to me like he is predicting a big win in November.

Bingo. A lot of digital soldiers seem to ignore all the references Q made to LIGHT, sky event, and the "Sun will shine" etc (even here in his short clip).
