Of course some of them are foreign-based. Half of the shitty kids games are Chinese-developed. I even had a fitness tracker app eight years ago that was Chinese-developed. I'll bet many of you have foreign-developed apps on your phones.

In fact, if you use a Samsung phone, you definitely have Korean apps on your phone right now. Even Motorola phones come with TikTok.
