Critical infrastructure should be isolated from the web as much as possible.
Edit: I think that goes for car controls, plane controls, heating systems and A/C too.
It's really something that theoretically a foreign entity could just "log into" our drinking water, change chem levels, and we'd be none the wiser for a time.
