Statement:

A women who can have babies and really conceives them and rears them well, has done more to secure the future of this nation than any other one.

This is the real reason why birth rates are falling. Two dimensions:

  1. future
  2. nation

@1: the future is currently larded with uncertainty and shiny objects without inherent value.
@2: the fabric of society has been torn by 1.

The bad part of such a statement? It is based and you might agree with it, despite a very evil man having said it. Only evil men can come up with such feminist ideas.
