List the NGOs and their addresses. Stake them out and have the sheriff on speed dial. Be creative about slowing the perps down so the sheriff can arrest them.
How do they know where ballots are mailed from? Mailed ballots would only be in the possession of the entity they are mailed to, so is someone on the inside of various locations gathering the info? (sorry, don't have time to read the article)
You could always mail a postcard to the addresses and see if they bounce back.
If they do, it is a fraudulent address, at least undeliverable.
Any ballots sent to those addresses and voted upon should be considered fraudulent as they never should have arrived to the voter to fill out and submit.
If no other mail can be delivered there then ballots can't be either.
But I am asking how the people who wrote this know it is happening.
Because maybe they sent postcards or mail out to check the addresses.
