I just don’t have the legal knowledge or bandwidth to currently puzzle out how that could happen for November.

I think it’s possible since Q mentions it and Trump has now mentioned it when we’re less than a month out from Election Day.

But how is it possible?

Here's what will happen. They'll keep Kamala in. She will wake up Nov. 6, thinking she is now the most powerful person on the planet.

But low and behold, 100 million people wrote-in "Hillary Rodham Clinton" on their ballots!! And all in the same handwriting! It's a Christmas miracle!! kek
