FEMA contractors ordered to “stand down” after security threats, messages show

An inspection agency that works as a contractor for FEMA ordered its employees in western North Carolina to cease inspections over the weekend and return to hotels, WBTV has confirmed.

And then the entire generation of people we had fighting against an insurgency in the middle east will take a page out of their former adversaries' playbook and start leaving IED's in trash piles or in potholes and waiting nearby with a walkie talkie for a FEMA truck to come driving by.
