Sort of what we all knew, in general. The questioner, however, talked about Q as an individual, while I think the Q that we know, that started posting in Oct. 2017, is a team of individuals, possibly 10 in number, most of whom are (or were) military intelligence.

"less than ten" are in the full know, doesn't mean that the Q team itself is that less than ten or what. Perhaps we should avoid confusing the two things.

But the consensus among OG anons is certainly that the posting team was a team and not a single individual.
