Just for accuracy sake, this hearing is on the civil fraud case. It was not a conviction. But yes it will be overturned

NY Fraud Case: Civil (Trump Org found liable)

NY Rape/Sexual Assault Case: Civil ( found liable for SA but specifically found not liable for Rape)

NY Hush Money Case: Criminal (Convicted, Sentencing Delayed until Nov 20)

Florida Classified Docs Case: Criminal(Case Dismissed but can be refiled)
