Next, they need to work on defining "reputable news sources."
ikr? it is good advice that should be followed here. our problem will be finding reputable news sources to be citing. some of the sources used here a lot are questionable. also note how many "influencers" we have accepted news from later become discredited. please, folks, use discernment always with what information flows here.
I had a dialogue for years with a blog whose commenters hated me for voting Trump. My info was from many sources but the info from sources outside their sphere was categorically rejected. I began restricting myself to only mainstream sources which was the equivalent of tying my hand behind my back and still I beat the crap out of them every day with knowledge and reason.
great going, but mainstream media is no longer a dependable source of information. sadly, what IS a dependable source of information?
There is none. I think we need to be skeptical about everything and use reason to analyze it no matter the source.
If it comes out the mouth of a uniparty politician, it’s misinformation. If it’s on the MSM it’s misinformation.
I've lost track of the number of times folks on this message board post outlandish stuff, and all it takes me is a simple search to debunk it. People are always in a rush to post something before anyone else, like there's a prize or something, or status in being "in the know."
This is exactly how we get discredited.
LOL at #5, "Emotionally Charged Content" is all that the left knows how to do.
