The Dutch came close in 1581 with their 7 provinces or states, and laying the basis for International Law that culminated in a Pan European Peace treaty called the Peace of MΓΌnster / Westphalia, having both political ( traditions from previous ages) and religious freedom, but they did not keep it as the powers that be sought to destroy those Nations of the 7 Provinces in 1672. Fear got the better.
In 1776 another experiment in freedom began, this time in the US, with a clear condition on the government: rules to limit governmental conduct. The constitution does not regulate human conduct, only those in employ of government through the oath of office, which requires a high degree of virtue and love of freedom to hold.
Keeping it, meaning the love of freedom, love of life, love of virtue,that is the overarching issue of man. Always has been.
And as long as there are people who will allow themselves to grow to that level, the ideal remains alive. And that is what the American dream is. That is the American frequency.
And you cannot kill a dream, or an idea. You can only kill the people who dream such dreams and think of these ideas. OR you can Vaxx them ....
