Cheney did in fact contact Hutchinson. They discussed a third transcribed deposition. They also discussed a list of lawyers to represent Hutchinson and a couple days later she fired her then lawyer and hired some deep state operatives who worked pro bono. This info is in both their books but now the texts are available too.

When the third deposition happened only Cheney and one other unnamed committee member were present along with Hutchinsons new lawyers. It was at this interview where the most salacious tabloid accusations were made against Trump including the story of Trump trying to take control of the Limo from SS.

So taking these texts together with the Q post you might conclude that Hutchinson was a plant that played Cheney perfectly and led her to unethically contact a witness without her lawyer present (witness tampering, accountability coming) and then fed her wild accusations that were easily refuted undermining the J6 narrative, making Cheney look foolish and leading to her overwhelming defeat in Wyoming.
