This makes all kind of sense.

If Trump has his votes in the bank early, then this takes away the advantage the cabal would have disrupting the actual election day which would otherwise been a higher proportion of Trump voters.

They planned to get the dem votes in earlier or by cheating then suppress Trump votes in person on election day.
