All the Karens that are driving-by will report a hate crime in progress to PD. They'll report 'guilty person beating on poor new americans'. They'll wait to give testimony on what they witnessed. Don't need a dash cam to get jammed up having all those eye balls moving on by down the road.

That's the rub - all the bystanders pulling out their cameras after the real crime has occurred and accusing the innocent of a crime.
