Millions of Cubans were left without power on Friday after a failure at a power plant, the communist government said.

I'm calling this a big stretch. Appreciate the hopium effort, sure, but there is no way a power outage in Cuba is going to be the "darnkess" for 10 days. As others have said - we will not be able to discuss it when its happening. NCSWIC!!!
