Maybe machine are not flipping votes. But think about it, that is actually a pretty smart tactic, just have large amount of democrats claim that votes are being flipped to republicans, and the election will be thrown into chaos, the results will be invalid no matter who is declared winner. Boom, you're one more step to that CWII scenario that you want.
