We gave my MIL Stevia to replace sugar for her coffee and a few days ago she started getting nose bleed and some blood are thick clot she said. None of us are jabbed, never take medicines or see doctors for the past 30+ years.
Gonna stop the Stevia lets see what happens
Stevia is an extract from a plant, so it's definitely better than things like aspartame.
However, what would be better is to cut out sugar where possible. Sugar is the food that cancers need, so if you store a lot of it and get cancer, you'll have a bad time.
Easiest thing for me to cut out was sugar in coffee. If you also use milk, just using heavy whipping cream. There's close to no sugar.
Thanks.. and yes, we have cut out carbs and sugar completely. But my MIL is 78 y.o stubborn pessimist and has dementia. She's been addicted to sugar since forever and it's hard to change her. Alot of times she refuses to eat unless we give her a cookie or muffin.. it's been quite difficult taking care of her.

Definitely stop drinking pops/sodas.
You don’t “store sugar”

All the whipping cream is Ultra Pasteurized! Bad stuff !
completely different substance, but ok
Not likely the Stevia. How sedentary is she? At that age, they're a major risk for clotting when they're inactive.
If she hasn't seen a doctor for the past 30+ years, it could mean something has developed under the radar.
