Important note though: Sometimes your body must acclimate to it and some people's bodies don't like it at all. Because it is not readily digestible, and a small amount of it "ferments", it can give gas and bloating.
I don't experience this issue, but I also tend to prefer sweetener mixes that use a combination of erythritol and monk fruit.

yeah. i mentioned Swerve in another comment, which is formulated to be easier on your system. swerve is my favourite sweetener
