I miss professionalism in all industries. People just don't care anymore and it's sad. What a shame for the next generations who missed the tail end of the real world, without smart phones, when people had work ethic and respect for themselves and their communities.
About 15 years ago I tried to train a 20 something on how to properly install network gear and he was totally not interested in proper cabling or using a level to properly mount equipment on a backboard when a rack wasn't available.
