I would think if we eliminated all unconstitutional agencies (Like CIA, IRS, BLM, ATF) and ended aid to dependent dictators, we'd not have far to go

It can't be done. We have too many foreigners that want to harm us. Who hate us. It allows the deep state to claim necessity while simultaneously destroying us.
