This 3-min video has tons of stuff in it, including Obama referring to Michelle as "Michael", the scar on Big Mike's right elbow, swinging schlong while dancing on Ellen's show, bouncing schlong while exiting a building in a white jumpsuit, and photos of Obama's 2 fake daughters and their REAL parents.

Note the 'bearded face' pic was supposedly 'de-bunked' - so there's at least one potential Photoshop sitch included in this video.
