They must be very worried if they are doing that in DC, md or northern VA. Why waste time and money in states where dems are a done deal?

They need all the votes they can get. Part of the key of the 2020 steal is that Democrats flooded strongholds such as California with millions of votes so Joe Biden can win the Popular vote. The reason why I single out California is because Joe Biden won that state with 10,459,893 to Donald Trump's 5,536,973. That is a margin of just under 5 million votes or 65.4 percent of the vote.
