Each supposed male has his right index finger covered by the left index finger, but CommieLa’s is covered by her thumb. A few possibilities:

it’s the same sign whether using a finger or thumb and CommieLa is signaling effectively
CommieLa isn’t trying to do the same sign
CommieLa is trying to do the same style of sign but is failing
