Well, the law of war manual is a good foundation to build theories upon. On the face of it, it looks like Trump is confirming 11.3 with this truth post.

But I agree, going full armchair quarterback on the details doesn't change anything.

"Armchair Quarterback" is becoming such a "pre-Awakening" term. We really need to get some ranking developed:

CDW (Civilian Digital Warrior) E-1 to E4 - just learning, but useful
CTS (Civilian Tech Sergeant) E-5 to E-6 - Experienced; knows what info to post when
CDAK (Civilian Digital Arse Kicker...) Intellectually brutal to any comment made online by the cabal. (ok, I made that one up. It's good to have goals.)
