Any documented election fraud automatically disqualifies the candidate responsible and awards the election victory to the candidate gaining the most votes without committing fraud.

In every state or just PA? Do you have the sauce? That can be dangerous because one party could pretend to do fraud for their opponent in order to get them disqualified.
