From what I understand, it should be on REAL increases in property value (not driven by inflation, “windfalls”), retainer fees, stock sales, and a fairly limited class of items.
If tjeybwant contact property, then tax unimproved property and remove the tax once it's improved. The opposite is what we have. U improve it and they charge you more and the guy with the empty lot and no tax has his property values increased on the back of people investing in improvements. It's assbackwards. Better yet, remove all property tax in non commercial property.
Not referring to improvements - referring to money made from LACK of improvements but increases in real value. “Windfall” taxes.
I’m 100% fine with those going away too, as far as I know, just saying that it’s one of a few types of taxes that are ok in our lawful current system of taxation.
The guy who kept his residential house sitting among skyscrapers, for instance - if he went to sell that the land would be worth a fortune, and the house itself worth negative value. The increase in real land value (not “inflated” land value, from currency devaluations) would be taxable as a windfall upon sale.
No income tax is absolutely a necessity if we are serious about restoring our Constitution. There are things that must happen or no matter what we haven't fixed anything. We need to print our own metals backed money and fully kill the fed and the fiat dollar and we need to roll back ALL the illegal taxes. Get rid of all the extra constitutional administrative bodies like FDA, EPA, ATF, FBI, CIA, DEA, homeland security etc. PERIOD. If that doesn't happen all the jubilation is for nothing. We are still slaves if we don't and this is all bullshit.
It will be more than just tariffs, but the income tax will go away under Trump. At least for the bottom 95%. With the goal of 100%.
The same will have to be done in each state & county & city, the bloated bureaucracies must be culled. jmo
You are exactly right.
"Culled" is the word for it!

A lot of that stuff will disappear as well.
Yesssssssssss!!!
LET'S GO!!
IIRC --- Dr. Paul was once against tariffs ---- interfered with "Free Trade"
This is where he and I disagreed.
Same, tarriffs is constitutional so he was wrong on that.
He was fixated on "Free Trade" ---- which IMO is a mythical creature.
