Is Trump a felon? Everyone on FB is saying he is- but I thought he only got convicted in a civil court, not criminal- Thank you for the answer

The short answer is yes. But the expectation is that it will be over turned during / before sentencing due to corruption of the courts / judges... and the scam will be declared a mis trial.
