I don't mean to mandate foreign servers be shut down, only that Americans who redistribute illegal content should be easy to charge via the NSA.

as to Obama and all of that, he can fuck off and his entire presidency can too. I'm reclaiming all that fraud and crime. It doesn't get to stick.
