The evil ones just made it legal for the military to fire on American citizens. I do not doubt this too will come back and bite them.
Actually, wrong. The policy in question refers only to "intelligence operations", and aside from that, military has always had the ability to use lethal force when justified.
The "they just made it so that the military can legally kill americans" narrative is bogus.
